The Soulcial Trust is growing and
needs your help
The trust’s mission is to raise awareness and funds for various social causes in both developing and developed countries. The trust has a particular focus on the cause for disability awareness issues, advocating for a reduction of exclusion for disabled people
at all levels of society.
There are three major pillars of the Soulcial Trust’s work. The first is the Soulcialtravel.com website, which serves to connect NGOs and people living or travelling abroad to promote opportunities for volunteering.
Cambodia has issues with rubbish like many countries in South-East Asia. After a numerous successful clean India Mission in New Delhi (also connected with Xlability project with the involvement of Delhi’s disabled people) we are now embarking on the same project on a bigger scale. Through our “Green Influence” mission, we raise awareness among companies, tourists and cambodian society on sustainability and environmental issues. Starting in 2017, we would be organizing a trash collection with teams from schools, companies and other NGOs throughout the streets of Siem Reap. There is no government-sponsored recycling system in Siem Reap and despite the many NGOs striving to tackle this issue we still have a long way to go.
We are looking for students (and volunteers) who can help us build our awareness building and fundraising activities in Cambodia. The internship offer concerns specifically the Soulcial Trust and our French partner association “XLability” on the various projects we are working on to raise awareness for disability rights.
